Hey friend! My name is Coach Gil Garcia. I'm a fitness and nutrition coach, and I have a passion and purpose to please God and serve others; in particular, I help Gen Xers regain strength, energy, confidence, and look and feel good in their clothes so they never miss a moment in life that matters! (Can we say never hiding from taking photos again?).
Like many Gen Xers, I experienced my own journey about three years ago. I was 60 lbs overweight, on BP pills, and had to have several medical procedures.
I realized my sedentary lifestyle and overeating were holding me back, leaving me tired and disconnected. At first, change felt overwhelming, but I took that first small step, knowing even tiny actions could lead to something bigger.
The journey wasn’t easy, but each healthy decision I made brought me closer to the person I wanted to be. There were setbacks, but I learned to bounce back stronger. Every small victory—feeling more energized, clothes fitting better, a clearer mind—reminded me that I was capable of real transformation.
Through trial and error, program after program that I paid for and tried, research, and sheer determination, I developed a proven 5-step system to guide you on your own transformative journey.
